NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN THE POWER CORD IS PLUGGED INTO THE APPLIANCE.
Make sure the power cord is not damaged and correctly plugged into the electrical outlet and appliance.
THE UNIT IS PLUGGED IN BUT CANNOT VACUUM.
Ensure the lid is accurately closed and the opening end of the bag is correctly installed into the vacuum chamber. Check if the bag is punctured and if the foam sealing gasket is deformed or cracked.
HOW TO ENSURE A PERFECT VACUUM AND SEAL?
The machine has a pressure switch which will turn off the vacuuming process and start the sealing process.
So in order to get a perfect vacuum&seal, we need to make sure the bag's open end is all in the vacuum chamber and the vacuum chamber is locked and air tight. If the vacuum chamber gasket is in disformation or the lock is not tight either on the left of the right side, the machine may not vacuuming well. So please check on the locking and the gasket. Sometimes, when the machine has been overworked, the plastic body of the machine may also change shape because of heat, in this case please contact support. Our newer version(2022 Sept.) has an redesigned structure to minimize many of these issues.
HOW TO VACUUM AND SEAL MOIST/WET PRODUCTS?
1. Try to drip and remove the visible water on the product.
2. Make sure the upper side of the bag is dry, especially the part of the bag which will be clamped by the heating element and silicon strip.
3. Contact support if you still need help
IT KEEPS VACUUMING BUT HAS NO HEATING OR SEALING.
In this case, the machine's gasket or lock is not airtight and it fails to have enough vacuum pressure to trigger the heating element. Check the gasket and lock and try to vacuum and seal with both hands pushing the lid to help get a better air-tight seal. If still does not work, please contact our support team.
IT SEEMS TO HAVE A GOOD VACUUM AND SEAL, BUT THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF AIR IN THE BAG AS TIME GOES ON.
In this case, the seal is not 100% and there is mini channels that the air could still come in. It may happen more often with moist products. To avoid this, please add another seal to your bag to have double seal protection preventing the air from getting in.
THE BAG WAS VACUUMED, BUT THE AIR RE-ENTERED.
1. Check if there is a hole or puncture on the bag. It may be punctured by sharp objects. Use a new bag if necessary. 2. Check the sealing seam. Any wrinkle along the sealing seam may cause air re-entering. If yes, simply cut the sealed edge and re-seal. 3. If there is moisture or liquid at the opening end, cut the bag and wipe it away. Then choose MOIST FOOD setting and reseal.
4. If the food has been stored for a long period of time and the bag is full of gases, it may spoil and it is suggested to discard the food.
UNIT KEEPS SUCKING AND THEN STOPPED WITHOUT SEALING
Please remove the gasket and put it back on the opposite side and try again with your hands pressing the lid to help the vacuum chamber to be air tightened.
IT STARTED BURNING HOLES IN THE BAGS I WAS TRYING TO SEAL AND THE RUBBER STRIP OVER THE HEATING ELEMENT TO SEAL THE BAGS IS GONE IT MELTED.
This happens to an older version of this product. Contact support if this happens. Our updated version of the product should minimize this issue.

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boil this mixture in the kettle and leave it for 2 hours. Then, use a brush to gently clean the inside and wipe afterward.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water and dry it with a soft clean cloth.
4. Repeat the steps as needed.
THE WATER IS SPURTING OUT OF THE SPOUT WHEN BOILING.
You may have overfilled the kettle. Only fill to the max mark (1.8L). Wait for 10 seconds to allow the boiling water to settle before pouring.

DRUM DOES NOT OPEN
1. If there is a lot of pulp inside the drum, press[2] to release the excess pulp.
2. Check the appliance for any foreign substance or solid objects including seeds.

4. Do not attempt to open by force. If the drum still does not open, please contact our customer support.
UNIT STOPS DURING NORMAL OPERATION
1. Check if there's a large pieces of food stuck in the unit.

FINE LINES OR SCRATCH MARKS AROUND AUGER
It is normal. Those are moulding marks resulting from the normal manufacturing process.
JUICE LEAKS OVER THE BASE
1. Check for an excessive amount of ingredients in the hopper and/or chute
2. If you try to juice a large amount of food compared to the hopper, the components will be forced apart and juice may leak out.
3. Do not force too much food into the juicer. Push food gradually.
4. Check to make sure the Juicer flap is closed.
JUICER SHAKES WHEN IN-USE
It's normal as the auger rotates. It is not malfunction. Hard ingredients such as carrots, potato, radish, beets, etc. may cause shaking more than soft ingredients.
THERE ARE JAMS/CLOGS WHEN JUICING.
If the unit jams/clogs or stop operating, turn it off, and switch to reverse [R] for 3-5 seconds. Switch to Soft or Hard mode to continue juicing. Repeat this process if necessary. While operating in reverse the Hopper may come loose. This is normal.
CAN WE PUT FROZEN FRUITS OR VEGETABLES INTO THE UNIT?
No, as it might affect the performance of the unit.
WHEN JUICING FOODS WITH A LOT OF SEEDS SUCH AS TOMATOES OR CUCUMBERS, DOES IT CAUSE CLOGGING?
Yes, pour water through the Hopper to unclog it before continuing to juice.
WHAT TYPE OF WATER IS RECOMMENDED TO USE?
It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water in a humidifier. Tap water can contain minerals that can build up in the humidifier and cause it to malfunction.
HOW TO CLEAN THE HUMIDIFIER?
1. The power cord must be disconnected before cleaning.
2. Clean the water tank every two or three days to prevent molding and get improved health benefits.
3. Distilled vinegar can be added. DO NOT add other detergents for cleaning.
4. Use a cotton swab to clean any hard-to-reach areas of the humidifier, such as crevices or small openings in the base or tank lid.
5. Use a soft wet towel to clean the out surface of the machine. Do not let water into the main base of the machine to avoid any electric hazards.

CAN I ADD AN ESSENTIAL OIL?
Yes. The MegaWise 3.5L cool mist humidifier is made with anti-corrosive PP material and you can add essential oil directly to the water tank for aromatic benefits.
FILLING AND REFILLING.
When the water level is low, the humidifier will stop producing mist with the indicator light turning red. You can turn off the unit, unplug the power cord and then refill the water tank with cool water (above 40°F and below 100°F). Do not use hot water or add chemical additives. Quality essential oils are accepted.
IS THERE A WAY TO CHOOSE 1 NIGHT LIGHT COLOR?
No, the night light will continuously change 7 colors. There is a light button beside the switch knob, you can turn off the light at any time.
THERE IS NO MIST COMING OUT AND THE RED INDICATOR LIGHT LIT UP.
Make sure the water level is on or below the optimal water line. Make sure the cover is fully locked in and airtight. Make sure the Mist Power Ring is located at the bottom of the tube with the narrow end in the downside direction. The key point is to make sure that the parts are in the correct position, so you need to make a little adjustment. Please contact the support team if the issue persists.
THE MIST VOLUME IS SMALL AND THE WATER COLUMN SPRAYS OUT AFTER THE MACHINE IS TURNED ON.
There is an incrustation on the atomizing piece or it is a new machine. It might also be stored for a long time. Try to clean the atomizing piece with a swab and then change it with new water.
THE MIST IS SMELLY.
Please clean the tank thoroughly. Refer to cleaning instructions.
THE ATOMIZING IS DISCONTINUOUS WHEN THE MACHINE IS TURNED ON.
That is normal. It will improve after a while.
THE ATOMIZING VOLUME CANNOT BE ADJUSTED.

THE ATOMIZING IS INSUFFICIENT.
The air inlet is blocked. Check the air inlet. Please contact the support team if the issue persist.
WHITE DUST/PARTICLES BUILD UP IN THE HUMIDIFIER.
Try to use distilled water, or use cooling water, it should work. The white dust is actually minerals from water vapor that have been emitted by the humidifier. The white dust that is left around your home represents the minerals present in your water. In case you haven’t heard of the term “hard water,” it refers to water that contains more minerals than ordinary water. Hard water can leave spots on glassware, clothing, and other fabrics.
WATER LEAKS ONTO THE FLOOR THROUGH THE WATER TANK.
Stop using the machine and contact the support team
MIST DROPS AND SOAKS THE FLOOR.
Check on the environmental humidity level and make sure it is below 50%. Turn the mist volume lower if the environmental humidity level is relatively high to balance. HOW TO ADD WATER TO THE UNIT?

THE RED LIGHT INDICATOR LIT UP.
When the light turns red it means that the humidifier is waterless, it will automatically shut off. Please check as well if the top unit is placed correctly and properly.
WATER LEAKS ONTO THE FLOOR.
Please try to clean the unit and pour out excess water.
THE INDICATOR DOES NOT LIGHT UP, AND NO MIST COMES OUT.

This is normal if the unit is new. Empty the water tank and allow it to stand for 12 hours before using it again.
If not, it might be that the water is polluted or stagnant. Unplug the unit, remove the water tank, pour out the water, wash the water tank, and fill the water tank with boiled or distilled water.
MIST OUTPUT IS LOW.
It might be that there is a speck of dirt blocking the sprayer. Unplug the unit and clean the sprayer.
ABNORMAL NOISE DURING THE OPERATION.
The unit is placed on an uneven or unstable surface. Unplug the unit and move it to a location with a flat even surface.

THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING.

HOW TO CLEAN THE UNIT?

HOW TO USE THE TWO SILICONE/RUBBER COVERS?
Take note: These are the fist-beat/two-point silicone covers that you can install only on the Peeling Thermal Therapy Massage Head for a more relaxing and comfortable massage.
1. Before using the silicone cover, make sure that the massager head is clean and dry.
2. Place the silicone cover over the massager head and press down firmly to ensure a secure fit.
3. To remove the silicone cover, simply pull it off from the massager head.

THE LED DISPLAY SHOWS "Err".
It is a safety feature triggered when the unit reaches a high temperature. It means that the unit is unusable. Please contact our support team.
WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURES FOR THE DIFFERENT HAIR TYPES?
It is normal as it will automatically shut off when turned on for 60 minutes.

Keep pressing the power button to choose the temperature setting that is suitable for your hair. The temperature display will increase or decrease the current temperature.

Fine/thin/normal textured hair | 300-340°F/150-170°C
Wavy or curly hair | 340-395°F/170-200°C
Coarse, very thick hair | 395-430°F/200-220°C
LOCK & UNLOCK.
1. The temperature will flash before the setting temperature and automatically locks the appliance after the temperature is reached.
For the purpose of accidental wrong operation during styling. A ""LOC"" reminder will be shown on the display screen when any button is pressed. Quickly double-press the power button to UNLOCK.
2. The appliance automatically shuts off in 1 hour.

NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH
1. The unit has multi preprogrammed massage modes, 10 levels of strength adjustable by increasing or decreasing steadily. You have an option to choose a suitable mode and intensity.

ELECTRODE PADS DOESN'T STICK WELL
1. Moisten the sticky part of the pads with a small amount of water to activate the gel.

THERE IS PICTURE BUT NO SOUND/SOUND STOPPED WORKING AFTER FEW USES
1. Make sure to turn off the Dolby audio option in audio output setting or change the audio output setting to "PCM" mode or other mode(when the customer is playing a video from DVD player/Amazon fire stick/Chromecast/Apple TV and other devices).
2. Choose to play files without Dolby Audio or convert the audio format of the files to .aac before playing (when the customer is playing from USB flash disk or mobile phone and tablets).
3. Use the laptop to play the sound(when the customer is playing videos from a laptop).
4) Try to use a external speaker or headphone.
5) If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
THERE IS SOUND BUT NO PICTURE
1. Cables and adapters such as: A 30-pin dock connector connected to a video cable, A Lightning to 30-pin adapter connected to a video out cable, VGA adapters doesn't support HDCP according to Netflix Help Center(it should be universal though).
2. If it happens every few minutes, it's probable an overheating problem, please contact our customer support.
GIANT BLACK SPOT ON THE IMAGE(LEFT)/DISCOLORED(YELLOWISH) SCREEN(RIGHT) / THE UNIT AUTOMATICALLY SHUTS DOWN EVERY FEW MINUTES
1. Do dust removal regularly and do not leave it in the open.
2. Put the projector in a well-ventilated position(at least 30cm from any obstacles and do not put near hear source).
Note: If the screen displayed yellowish spot, the lens has been damaged permanently, in this case we will send a replacement and please follow the 1st and 2nd step to prevent it from happen again.
DOESN'T TURN ON
Check if the power cord is working or not and if all the cords are connected properly to the main unit.
Note: If the indicator lights up but the projector doesn't turn on, then the projector itself is broken; if the indicator doesn't light up, there is a possibility that the projector is alright but the power cord is not working, you may suggest the customer to find another power cord to try it out if convenient.
SCREEN FLICKERING/WHITE LINES/OTHER COLORED LINES
The LCD screen inside the projector has loose contact.
NOT BRIGHT
1. Our projector is a budget projector designed for home entertainment at night or with lights off and curtains closed.
2. Put the projector no further than 3m away from the wall/screen.
3. Use professional projector screen/wall paint to get better performance.
NOT CLEAR ENOUGH/IMAGE CAN'T BE FOCUSED AT THE SAME TIME
1. The projector should be put in a upright position and face the wall/screen straightforward, then rotate the keystone correction to get a rectangular image, then rotate the focus ring to get a well focused screen.
2. Our projector is for home use only.
3. Ensure to put the projector within recommended distance.
TOO NOISY
1. Do not sit too close to the projector.
2. There are dust or other foreign objects impeding the cooling fan's working.
3. The cooling fan will start at a high speed so it will seem very noisy when started. Similarly the cooling fan in a personal computer would be very noisy when just started but get quitter after a while.
CANNOT CONNECT TO SMART PHONE/TABLET
1.1 Wired Connection:
for iPhone, it needs a lightning to HDMI or lightning to VGA adapter/cable(with power supply*)
for Android phone, it needs a MHL to HDMI cable/adapter(with power supply*) and the phone should be MHL compatible (Check MHL compatible devices at: www.mhltech.org/devices.aspx?tid=1)
NOTE: there are two kinds or these adapters/cable: active and passive; active means it needs external power supply to work and only active cable/adapter can work with our projector
1.2 Wireless Connection
To connect the projector with phone/tablet wirelessly, the customer needs to purchase a wireless display dongle like Chromecast
2. Select HDMI or VGA as source according to the connector the customer uses
3.(Wired) For iPhone, turn on Airplay(Mirror Display) and trust the device, then it will shows the screen automatically.
For Android phone, turn on """"Developers Option"""" and enter """"USB debugging mode"""" and trust the device then it should work
4. If you already tried all above correctly and it still doesn't work, please contact our customer support.
HOW TO TURN THE PICTURE UPSIDE DOWN WHEN HANGING ON THE CEILING
1. Choose set up, click ""ok""./br>
2. Then chose the ""projection mode"".
3. Choose one by one to check on the right mode, there has the front ceiling mode, front desktop mode etc.
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF ENGINE THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR THE JUMP STARTER?
Our 1500A is suitable for petrol engines up to 7L and diesel engines up to 5L. While, the 2500 A is suitable for petrol engines up to 8L and diesel engines up to 8L.
HOW TO JUMP START YOUR CAR?
1.Turn on your jump starter and ensure it has a charge of over 50%.(Charge fully before initial use).
2.Insert jumper cables into the jumping port. The digital display will light up.
3.Connet the red clamp to the positive(+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative(-) terminal of the car battery.
4.Start your engine.
HOW TO CHARGE MOBILE DEVICES OR TABLETS?
1.Plug cable of your cell phone or tablet into one of the two USB charging ports.
2.Press the power button.
HOW TO USE THE LED FLASH LIGHT?
Press and hold the power button for 2 sec to turn on the LED flashlight, short-press to switch modes(high/SOS/strobe). Press and hold for 2 sec again to turn off.
HOW TO RECHARGE THE JUMP STARTER?
The Type-C charging port provides faster charging speed than normal DC input charging port. The Jump Starter can be charged in two ways.
A. Use a 5V universal adapter to charge the jump starter. The 5V phone charger or wall adapter is suitable.
B. There is no need to use the adapter. You can directly plug the type-C cable into USB charging ports such as USB power strip or car charging port..
Note: The charging speed depends on the charging power and the charging adapter is not included.
HOW TO KEEP THE JUMP STARTER'S BATTERY HEALTHY?
1. Store the jump starter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
2. Charge the battery regularly, even if you don't plan to use it right away.
3. Avoid overcharging the battery by unplugging it once it is fully charged.
4. Avoid leaving the jump starter in direct sunlight or in a hot car for extended periods of time.
5. Clean the terminals of the jump starter with a damp cloth and baking soda solution to prevent corrosion and ensure proper connection when using it.
HOW TO DETERMINE THAT THE UNIT IS CHARGING?
To determine if the unit is charging, you can check the indicator lights. The 4 indicator lights should be flashing.
HOW CAN I TELL THAT MY UNIT IS FULLY CHARGED?
There are 4 red LED lights, if all are lit the unit is charged.
MY CAR IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE DEVICE BUT UNABLE TO START.
The performance of the jump starter depends on many external factors, such as the age of the engine, weather conditions, remaining power, etc. If you encounter being unable to start your car engine, we recommend you fully charge the device, clear off any dust or dirt from the electrodes of the car battery, and then try again. But remember to allow the device to cool for at least 60 seconds after each attempt. Don't make repeated attempts to start your vehicle.
THE BATTERY RUNS DOWN IMMEDIATELY to 0% AFTER ONE START ATTEMPT. WHY DOESN'T IT HOLD A CHARGE?
It is normal for electronic products with built-in batteries to discharge over long periods. With this in mind, we recommend you charge the device from time to time, even if it has not been used.
